The linens and bedding are good quality and the kitchen is well appointed and stocked with basic necessities. « I came here for a quick get away with my dad and daughter. The elevator was t working the first night but we had a kind gentleman hell us up the stairs with our cooler and luggage. « Overall, the stay was just okay. The apartment was convenient to ETSU and mostly clean. For an apartment, it was fine.The big issue was the noise. Every night between about 2:30 and 4 a.m., the person staying above us would start walking, stomping, or dancing around. It woke us up every single night. Combine that with the very uncomfortable beds, and sleep was tough.On top of that, there were quite a few bugs. Nothing major, but still noticeable.If not for the noise above us and the bugs, this...

« Wonderful accommodations for a weekend visit to ETSU! Unit was just as descibed on the lower level of a cute home right beside the university. Clean, comfortable and walking distance from several food establishments and coffee shops. Communication from the host was spot on. We would recommend and return! »
