« Elizabeth deserves a raise! She is the absolute best employee I have ever interacted with. Tammy was also awesome! My only issue I had was the noise from the floor above me but I called the desk and they addressed it. Overall it was a great stay and will be back if I will be out that way again!! »

« Great hotel, located near Interstate 26 with easy access to Johnson City and the surrounding area. My room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. I stayed 3 nights and enjoyed visiting family and doing some hiking along the Appalachian Trail. I have stayed here before when visiting the Johnson City area, and will stay here on my next visit. »

« What I didn't like: Booked on May 6th & paid for the 2 double bed room for June 5-7th. Got there on the 5th and they did not have a room. They said they were overbooked on their double bed rooms. My guys had been driving from 8 PM the previous night to hear that. They ended up giving us 2 singles for the same price. »

« I noticed several young people arguing...they may have been drinking or using something. The lock on my door couldn't be locked from the inside.Someone had used som air freshener rather than cleaning and my husbajnd has asthma. i decided not to stay. I booked thru Experian or similar and they had no record of my reservation. »
