« Le séjour s’est bien passé, personnel agréable et réactif. Pas très bien insonorisé »

« The gentleman helping folks was very pleasant and informative. The condition of the rooms was quite the opposite. There was hair in the shower, the beds, and the counter tops. The towels were covered in mysterious orange and yellow stains. I went to the store to get us fresh towels because I was so grossed out. Went to crawl into bed and there was hair all over the sheets and some crumbs that resembled burnt bread? We only slept there one night but I'm certain we would have cancelled and stayed...

« Nous recherchions un hôtel pas trop cher pour rester 1 nuit à Boise (ville étape dans notre voyage); cet hôtel a correspondu exactement à ce que nous recherchions. Les prestations ont été excellentes, nous avons même regretté de n'y rester qu'une nuit. »

« It was very loud and the rooms were not very clean. They had a weird smell. The staff however was phenomenal. I wouldn’t stay there again because I felt unsafe as I was traveling with a toddler. What I read about the place was not what I got. I wouldn’t stay say it might be good for workers (male). I put a lot of stuff in front of my door to try to make it more secure. »

« We booked 3 rooms. The beds were at least comfortable. Unfortunately the air conditioning didn’t work in two of the rooms and one room the key card door lock was broken. Anyone could just walk into the room without a key card. Even worse, the safety latch was missing. So we slept with the writing desk blocking the door. »
