« It was a great place to stay! Close to the metro and bustling neighborhood. Clean. Great host. Quick to respond to all communications. »

« The interior of the home was beautiful with the exception of minor repairs overlooked by the homeowner. The exterior of the house initially was terrible, with the grass uncut and shutters leaning on the exterior front entrance of the home. The homeowner stopped by the next day to address concerns and did have the grass cut and the overflowing trash can taken away from previous renters. Hopefully the homeowner will pay more attention to his beautiful home and property in the future. »

« We had a wonderful stay in the Captain’s Quarters. It was super clean, well located (a short walk to the maritime museum and the “main drag” in St. Michaels”), and the hosts were friendly and gave great restaurant recommendations. We’ll be back! »

« Very beautiful Inn. The rooms are very clean and quiet. There are lots of sitting areas on the property, and a pier that you can walk out on to view the bay. The breakfast was wonderful. There is a small bar downstairs, but we weren't sure if it was in operation. The check-in was a bit awkward. Hotels.com had listed that I would receive an email from the Inn within 5 days of my reservation. I never received an email from the Inn, so I emailed them and didn't hear back. I then called them and...

« Beautiful resort, outdated but clean. We went on the weekend before ownership changed so the menu was limited and the breakfast was undercooked but the server was AWESOME! He remembered us and catered to us like we were the only customers. »

« With a few modifications this place would be rated as excellent. These have been mentioned in earlier reviews: shower curtain should be replaced, step stool to reach microwave, hooks for bathroom towels needed, and etc. The location was perfect for us, lots of towels supplied, coffee available. « This was our first time in Washington and I would caution everyone to avoid NW if possible. Was convenient to the DC Streetcar however the unit is located almost directly over a liquor store and the walk to it was dicey. I wasn't aware but apparently pot is legal and used openly in public. Would not have brought the kids had I been warned. The unit itself was TINY. We felt pretty safe being on the 3rd floor but it was quite noisy from the traffic and late night partiers across the street....
