« We had a mixed experience with this stay, and unfortunately some key issues impacted our visit.The biggest concern was cleanliness. We were told early check-in wasn’t possible because the cleaning team needed the full time to prepare the home, but when we arrived there was still noticeable dust, trash left behind, and some toilets did not appear fully cleaned. We documented everything with photos and shared them with the host.Communication was initially responsive, but ultimately disappointing....

« Wonderful house, wonderful location, wonderful communication and instructions. We had a wonderful time celebrating our daughter’s graduation from Pitt. One note, the listing says 3 bedrooms/sleeps 6. There are actually 2 bedrooms and the family room has a nice pullout that sleeps 2, which worked out fine for us, but didn’t realize this when booking. Overall, well done. Cheers! »

« I loved the place...close to downtown happenings which I loved. Comfy bed and host let us come in a little early. The small supply of towels and toilet paper made me not give this an overall five because I felt like we were rationed.There was a power outage during our stay we had flashlights but that would be nice to have for these kind of situations. »

« Crystal was an awesome host. Very accommodating. The house was beautiful and very clean. It over looks the city and is very beautiful to watch the sunrise. The hot tub was warm and very relaxing. We chose it for pet-friendliness but didn’t end up bringing our dog. They even had a dog cage available.
