Beautiful home. Great stop on our roadtrip. Host very easy to communicate with and responsive. Our only concern is there are rules I wish I had known ahead of time - one example, no shoes allowed in the house; had I known that I would have packed slippers to wear. We did not find out these rules until we got there.

Overall stay was ok. The good: Location to convention center was great and it was clean. The not so good: parking can be difficult and requires registration prior to arriving and visitors are not allowed to come inside the home without a prior registration (although our family ended up not visiting us after I read house rules with check-in instructions). Require a state id before check-in, which i provided but it may be better to have these rules upfront before booking vs receiving them prior to check in. Safety..Beware if traveling in winter as there was excessive snow present on steps and sidewalk although neighboring properties had a cleared pathway to cleared steps. Downstairs bedroom is very cold.

The first bed room was freezing cold it appears the thermostat was on a timer. The railing on the hallway steps was broken. Her never shoveled the snow on the steps or sidewalk Nar stated it just snowed that morning and it would take him 24 to 48 hours to clean it up. Other surrounding properties were cleaned up. My sister and I was really nervous and concerned about using the steps outside and inside of the house.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was exactly as found in the pictures and descriptions and the host was responsive when contacted. The only reason for not rating as a five was due to a railing going up the fairly steep stairs not not being securley attached to the wall and a shower head in the upstairs bathroom leaking and splashing water onto the floor. For the younger members of our group these were more of an annoyance but for my wife and I in our 60's it was a safety issue. The items were not resolved while we were there due to our short stay but the host responded and indicated that both issues would be fixed for the next guests. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Dishwasher was full, laundry in both the washer and dryer, no toilet paper, several safety issues, downstairs bedroom did not stay warm, located beside a bar and had noise late night and parking was an issue.

Host was responsive. The house was clean, updated, and well stocked. We used the kitchen more than we normally do and we had everything we needed. It is close to the highway but it’s really no big deal. We didn’t notice the noise. The first floor bedroom and full bath was great for my parents. Steps up to the house but not a big deal. Really great stay.

We had a great time. We were in town to watch the Seahawks vs Steelers. The townhouse was in a great location. Easy to walk to bars, restaurants and downtown. The place was very clean and host easy to communicate with.

Arthur was great with the communication from the start. He answered my questions promptly. Check in was simple and the place was super clean and exactly what we expected. We only stayed for one night but it had all we needed. Location was right off the highway within minutes of stores and restaurants. We would definitely come back again!

The property is true to its description and the manager outlined directions well. Parking was a bit difficult the first evening. There is a bar located on the end of the corner lot hearing noise throughout the evening. The property itself is clean and beds are comfortable.

Getting the reservation wasn't easy because the owner made me give him a copy of my license to his email since I couldn't do it on VRBO site message. The apt was fine & nicely done. The rules for staying there should be avaliable on the web page & not given until after you book. Luckily our people got dropped off & didn't have to mess with calling the parking authority. You aren't allowed to smoke even outside in front of the building for those that do that.

Great Location and Clean Apartment in the North Side of Pittsburgh

The apartment was nearly identical to the photos and in a great location perfect for young adults with quick access to bars and restaurants. All of the major areas (lawrenceville, shady side, north shore, the strip district) are quick uber/lyft rides away. The apartment was comfortable and easily slept 4 of us (one had to stay on the couch). The upstairs could get a little warm during the nights but AC was available. Overall would definitely stay here again.
