« This lake house was so amazing! Beautiful property and the water slide was my favorite part. The property manager was easy to get ahold of and they took care of any problems we had. My sister posted a few pictures of our vacation and a lot of people wanted information on the house. We had a blast and i hope to be back again! »

« An Amazing Home for Our Large Group Vacation!What an incredible house! We booked it for a group of 16 and it exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how spacious, clean, and well-built it is. « The only issue we had with this was the beds weren’t very comfortable and it would have been really nice to have an extra mini kitchenette for coffee in the second house because it’s very noisy going in and out of the main house if others are still asleep. I highly recommended this spot for two families with kids… the sleep set up greatly accommodated this! It’s a lovely spot on the water. We loved sitting by the river having coffee in the mornings. « Our entire experience was absolutely awesome. Communication with VRBO & Grand Welcome Austin was seamless. The property is really beautiful. It was fully stocked, with all necessities, and plenty extra amenities too. I would highly recommend this home.The only negative, were the bugs from the lake, that like to hang out at night. « Really amazing property and hide! Well done on remodel! Would be helpful to say the bunk room is above garage area with no bathroom and separate entry from main home.Only drawback was there was only 2 full bathrooms and one half bath.Otherwise great layout and home is great space to have fun with family and friends!They had plenty of yard games to help with entertainment, a workout area and boat dock for boat access.
