« The property was very clean and nice. We felt safe in the location, parking was easy, and there is gas and grocery stores very close by. We didn’t try the dinner restaurant downstairs but we did visit the bakery and the food was very good…which was a nice plus. The beds were comfortable and everything worked as expected. I would definitely recommend this property for a nice stay in Asheville! »

« This was a wonderful stay in downtown, Asheville! We had family that flew in and the managers allowed me to do an early check-in since I had all of our groceries and cold products for the weekend. They were very accommodating and very responsible. The apartment was perfect. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms and plenty of room for us to spread out, plus a little balcony. « It's a fantastic location in the heart of downtown Asheville. S&W Cafeteria is downstairs with multiple options for meals. We got coffee and biscuits from Flour in the morning. The unit is clean, decorated nicely, and well stocked with towels, bedding, cookware...etc. As noted in other reviews the owners communicate very well and are hopeful with recommended activities. I chose this property because it looked amazing, had the perfect location as far as our needs, and was very cozy! I must book again in the future.
