« Set in a beautiful place with lovely views all around. The hotel has history and old charm, but still well maintained. Dining options onsite are yummy. Easy to get to from Asheville airport. And close to exploring nature and downtown Asheville. We will go back. »

« Bel endroit pour se reposer! L’accueil est très chaleureux.La piscine offre un bel espace pour se détendre à l’extérieur comme à l’intérieur. Nous sommes allés au restaurant Mexicain qui se situe à quelques mètres de l’hôtel. Bref je recommande cet hôtel à tous 😉 Merci pour les bonnes intentions! »

« Valet parking only. Easy valet though. Very kind. Huge shower. Great bedding and view. Everyone was very professional. Nice location. »

« Phone did not work, however they did send someone right up to fix it ,however, he was unable to get it fixed. Wallpaper was peeling on the wall. Basement room was musty smelling and bedding felt damp. Cracked glass in paper sleeve. Very convenient location to Biltmore and downtown. Carla at front deck extremely helpful and friendly. We did change rooms and the gentleman that helped with this was extremely kind. »

« Room was really comfortable staff very friendly and property very walkable winery a bonus free wine tasting and good wine a trolley took you where you needed to go. »

« Always one of our favorite properties in Asheville! Located close to everything and everyone we met who works there was super-nice. Rooms are very comfortable with great showers. Stay here and be happy! »

« My husband and I stayed here and wow..what a gorgeous hotel. Our room was very large clean and quiet. We enjoyed the cozy lobby with a cocktail at night and breakfast was very good. We will definitely stay here again! ❤️ »

« Beautiful Hotel amongst everything downtown Asheville. The staff, especially the two gentlemen that handled the valet and concierge. We had an absolute blast and this will be our go to hotel in Asheville from this point on. »
