« The house was very sweet and clean. All of the instructions were easy to follow and the location was great for me. The street was quiet and the area was close to a lot of convenient stores. The first night I arrived, one of the rooms smelled very strongly of cologne. This was by no means Jeremy’s fault, and the smell faded over time. Thanks again for a lovely stay! »

« We had a wonderful stay in University City! The house was very spacious and had plenty of amenities, making it perfect for our large group. Everyone had enough room to relax and enjoy the stay comfortably.One of our favorite features was the private backyard, which gave us a nice outdoor space and made the property feel even more private. Parking was another huge plus. Parking can be difficult to find in this area, but we had no trouble finding street parking right in front of the house...

« A gorgeous, well appointed property! A quiet respite after spending days in the heart of two major metropolitan cities for two separate graduations. The house was gorgeous, impeccably, clean, and wonderful amenities. There is room for our entire extended family to spread out. We were there during a particularly hot, record-breaking stretch of weather and thoroughly enjoyed the pool! Highly recommend! »
