« Great location if you want to enjoy both the beach and Orlando areas. Quiet and private setting that my family and I truly enjoyed. The house was extremely well equipped, not just in the kitchen, but lots of towels and toiletries as well. The pool was wonderful and we had a great time coming back to it every day. The host was extremely responsive and helpful with any questions, highly recommend! »

« Property is more of a cabin. There were ants in the sink, the rental had been “rush cleaned” according to vrbo and the hurricane windows were not open so house was dark all day long. The rush clean meant frig was dirty, shower was dirty, rugs were not cleaned. »

« We loved the house! and its location cannot be beat. Our view of the ocean and beach was spectacular. It was clean and very comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed, and more. It was so well equipped with cookware, dishes and utensils. We brought many items that we never unpacked. Debby was very helpful and quick to respond when needed. We have no complaints about our stay, the house or anything. We wouldn’t hesitate ti rent this house again. We had a wonderful experience! »

« Location was great! Out the back, nice private yard and a view that cant be beat and the beach is right there. Walk a couple blocks and your right downtown Cocoa Beach. Weather hindered our first few days so we didnt get the full experience, but we will be back! »

« The house was exactly as advertised. Very nice layout. I was especially impressed with the amount and variety of play/entertainment items in the house. LOL, my grandchildren were never bored on the days it rained. The bedroom balconies were a nice "getaway " area. »

« This home was perfect for our family. It is located in what seems to me a pretty new neighborhood, with lots of families. There is one bedroom and bath on the main floor. The dining table was perfect for some games. We brought cards but there were board games available.Upstairs, the master suite in large, with a walk in shower. All three additional rooms share a bath, which worked well for us.Communication with the manager was quick and easy.We would definitely stay again. »
