« We came and went pretty quickly but the time spent at the cottage was soooo relaxing. We enjoyed the backyard. Grilled hamburgers, hung out at the outside bar, listened to music, enjoyed a fire on the cute fire pit, enjoyed meeting the neighbors staying next door. The quietness of the neighborhood was so pleasant. We walked to the beach and pier. Mandy has flowers as you walk through one part of the entrance that smell amazing. I will definitely be back. We absolutely enjoyed our short time. »

« This was the perfect place for our active family ranging from ge 13 to 65. Biking, swimming in the ocean and kayaking was amazing and everything was walking distance or in our own back yard. It was perfect for our needs. »

« This house is STUNNING and has absolutely everything you need to enjoy an extended stay. Things were immaculately clean when we arrived. The neighborhood is quiet, but full of friendly folks. We enjoyed our morning walks and were able to safely get in a few miles each day. Easy access to the beach, and parking on Cocoa is super easy, and not expensive compared to other beaches we've been to. You can easily walk a few blocks and be at the water, but we chose to drive so we could bring the beach...

« Property is large and roomy. We only stayed two nights while getting our group together for a cruise. A short walk to the beach where you have a great view of cruise ships leaving and entering port and of the rocket launch facilities. We didn't cook so I cant comment on appliances or kitchenware. It was convenient to have use of the garage as we needed to unload and load vehicles a couple times. »

« We loved Pier Beach House in Cocoa Beach and will return again. With 6 adults and 4 kids (12, 6, 3, 2) the home was very comfortable and perfect for us! I had a problem entering, so I called and they responded with a solution within 10 minutes. The home had everything you can imagine. « Overall, we loved our stay! You have put so much into that place with all the little details anticipated for guests. Our only issue was one of the 2 bathrooms is in a bedroom. Two of our party got that bath & the other 5 had to share the only other bath. Not sure how you could fix it tho. All in all, it was fantastic! »

« The Coco Sands villa was a great place to spend a couple of nights. It was walkable to the beach. It was clean and had a 50s/retro vibe. Our only complaint were the shades on windows. Because the window shades were vertical blinds with plastic slats and they had gaps, we noticed that people driving on the street could easily see in at night.
