« Very comfortable accommodations. Super clean and had everything you might need for a stay. We didn't do any cooking but cabinets seemed well stocked with dinnerware, etc. Location was perfect for walking to restaurants. Also just a quick shot across the street to a beach access to catch a rocket launch at 4am! Very cool experience. »

« Great location, across the street from the beach. Would definitely go back. The only downside was the property management company doesn’t respond to emails over the weekend. They do have an “emergency number” to call if anything did come up. Everything about the house was great and we did not have a need to contact the management company over the weekend. They were very responsive during business hours. We loved being able to bring our dog! »

The house is also close to grocery stores, restaurants and shops. The owner was quick to respond to our questions. A fantastic place to relax and have a great vacation! »

« Excellent stay. Loved that the beach is only a block away. Big back yard - it was nice enough at night to sit out there and relax. Anyone who remembers going to an Arcade and putting quarters up on the machines will not want to leave the game room. I stayed up too late playing Tempest. Will definitely stay here next time I am in Cocoa Beach. »

My kids throughly enjoyed the game room, putting green and pool. The house was stocked well, check in and out instructions were clear and communication with host was wonderful.
