« This duplex was great. Location a couple blocks from beach and many restaurants in walking distance. Host was easynto contact and responsive. Kitchen had all the essentials though we didnt cook there. Simple furnishings but comfortable. Beds were great. Backyard and porch comfortable. My dog had plenty of yard to run around. There was a firepit as well. We will stay there again. »

« Beautiful location. We sat on the balcony and watched the ocean waves roll in. Walked the beach (very fine sand) and found some great shells. If you are into the environment, take an extra bag to pick up trash. We had a bunny family that visited pretty much every day. The beds were comfortable. Lots of room for everyone throughout the entire house. We played air hockey and a visiting nephew used the arcade game. We ended most nights at the gas firepit which made it easy to go back into the house...

« House was spacious and clean and offered a lot to do. Foosball, ping pong, arcade, and corn hole and that was just in the garage. Outside on the dock was great the kids really enjoyed the manatees hanging out in the canal. 10 min walk to the beach was nice with plenty of shops and places to eat along the way. Would definitely stay again. »

« Parking at the home was great. Terrific location in Cocoa Beach. Plenty of room in the house. Laundry room had everything we could need. Internet and cell services was spotty. »

« Great location, surprisingly quiet on the main road and nicely appointed. Could use a little more efficiency in the AC in the main bedroom overnight as it gets a little stuffy although the fan does help. We would definitely stay there again. »
