« This was easy to find location that is right in between the inlet side and the ocean side allow you access to both sides of Coca Beach. Everything was clean and was easily accessible. A quick walk to the beach and we saw a rocket launch and sea turtle tracks. The owner was fantastic about answering questions and giving local insights. We will definately be staying again. »

« Had a wonderful weekend stay at the Pink House. I loved having two connected yet separate spaces. I had my own space while my daughter and friend had theirs. Location was great with the beach right across and downtown Cocoa Beach a minute away. Communication was also excellent. Any questions that I had were answered promptly.I stay in Cocoa Beach every other week and will definitely look forward to booking the Pink house again! »

« We loved the location. It was great to be able to walk to the beach and local bars. We enjoyed all of the space and being able to spread out. The house was clean and well stocked. We had a few issues including the dishwasher not initially working and one of the bathroom fans running very loud, but these were resolved quickly and the staff was very responsive. Checking in and out was also very easy. »

« Great location, across the street from the beach. Would definitely go back. The only downside was the property management company doesn’t respond to emails over the weekend. They do have an “emergency number” to call if anything did come up. Everything about the house was great and we did not have a need to contact the management company over the weekend. They were very responsive during business hours. We loved being able to bring our dog! »

« Great place to relax for our holiday weekend getaway with friends (party of 6). Spent the days relaxing in the pool. Caught a few spotted sea trout off the dock, and even caught a glimpse of a dolphin. The kitchen and grill allowed us the ability to dine in for every meal. And the living room was spacious and comfortable enough for us all to gather and watch football too! Hosts were easy to communicate with, and were quick to respond to our needs. Enjoyed our stay! »

« Our family of seven adults rented this townhouse to relax a few days before a cruise. It was in a great location, 7 miles from the cruise port. The beach was two blocks away, and many restaurants were within walking distance. The unit itself was very spacious and nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable, the washer and dryer on site were a big plus, as was having 2/12 baths. The host provided games, a ping pong table, and lots of beach equipment. « Perfect location, neighborhood felt safe. Easy walking distance to the beach and the banana River, small old town neighborhood feel, best of Cocoa Beach glamor! My favorite perk was Merc the visiting neighborhood cat. If you're allergic to cats and be aware he will walk right in and make himself at home I think my favorite part was definitely the porch and the backyard!! We definitely need use of the awesome beach towel blankets and boogie boards provided, the linen closet was fabulously well...

"La plage est super belle. Vini est une perle : gentille, serviable, amicale, etc. Bons points : - propreté - lits confortables - plage à quelques pas de l'unité - j'ai demandé à Kris une bassine pour laver mon chien, car pas de baignoire, et je l'ai reçu quelques jours après. Points faibles : - climatisation fait beaucoup de bruit - pas assez de place pour une table de cuisine avec chaises. On dirait que l'unité était un appartement de 1 pièce qui a été transformé en 2 pièces. - pas de rangement dans une des chambres. - la cuisine était bien équipée, mais il manquait des choses simples et essentielles, comme des boîtes à lunch, par exemple. Donc si vous cuisinez pour plusieurs jours, ou si vous voulez faire des piques-niques, apportez vos boîtes. J'ai demandé d'en avoir et Kris ne m'en a pas fourni. On a dû en acheter. - pas grand espace pour étaler son linge mouillé de la plage dehors. Apportez des pinces pour empêcher le linge de s'en voler quand il y a trop de vent. Ça aussi, je l'ai demandé à Kris, mais elle ne nous l'a pas fourni. On a dû en acheter. - pas d'essentiels pour cuisiner : sel, poivre, huile, vinaigre, sucre, café, etc. On a dû tout acheter. - trop cher pour le service reçu et la qualité de l'unité. - j'ai demandé qui étaient les propriétaires. Kris ne m'a pas donné l'info et m'a dit d'appeler le bureau pour cela. "
