Locations de vacances privées à Melbourne

« Best thing was the garage and being able to use our car w/o it being overheated every time we went somewhere. The place was wonderful. Only downside was not having a laundry inside the unit. There is room to add one, so stackable OR the 2 in 1 washer/dryer would be a big game changer. »

« Great space!!! Loved it!! »

« It’s definitely an older property. My husband said the first smell was that of his grandmothers place. Location was great. Beach access great. A tad strict on visitors and number of people in the unit. We travel to see our kids in St Cloud but to have beach time as well. We enjoy them being able to enjoy time with us. We will have to have to find another place next time. There’s a person that was rather nosey as well, not sure if it was a resident or a cleaner. But they would watch us. Really...

« Great place, nice amenities including games. »

« Clean place great amenities and the view is great! »

« Great cottage in easy walking distance to the beach! You don’t have to cross a road to get to the ocean. It was perfect for me, my husband, and our dog! Everything was as it was listed and the host provided all information and checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed. »

« This was one of the best properties we have stated in with VRBO. The host communicated with us as necessary and was very pleasant. We made use of the patio area for two meals and enjoyed it immensely. We would stay there again. »

« Great house and great location! Plenty spacious for our party of 7. Easy access to the property and excellent communication with the host. Very close to everything you could want or need. Thanks for a great stay! »

« The good: location. The bad: almost everything else.Don't trust the pictures. This unit is very, very outdated. It has not been cared for, and it shows. I booked this for four adults, and the minute we walked in, we knew it was a mistake. It just smelled dirty. The linens, floor, and bathrooms all needed a good cleaning. The towels (bath and beach) are threadbare, old, and mismatched. The beds are worn out and squeaky. I felt like I needed to shower after sitting on the patio furniture. The...
