« Very clean, great location, walking distance to any part of downtown. Lots of noise echoing, slamming doors from the other units all throughout the night. Had a visit from a rude repairman to fix the washing machine during day 2 of our stay, from what I can only think was for an issue reported prior to us staying there. It was never communicated to us that this was going to be taking place while we were there. The shower was large and spacious. The water pressure was not so great. »

« Great place in the heart of downtown walking distance to a great restaurant Nic and Norman and the Rupp arena. We enjoyed our stay! Spacious clean and lovely! »

« Room needed to be swept and mopped. There was and trash in the floors. The couch needs a good cleaning, one of the bar stools is broken. We found bottle caps and q-tips left in the room that were used. The couch was very uncomfortable for one of our guests. We did find a roll out cot that was helpful. The elevator was out of service, which wa beyond control. The location was great and the condo was very pretty, there was just some additional cleaning/ maintenance that needed to be done. »

« I would stay at this condo again if traveling to Lexington. The location was absolutely perfect for walking throughout the city. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Parking instructions made it easy to know where to park a car for the entire stay. I felt safe in the area. A police station is right across the street as well. The bed was comfortable. Lots of hot water in the shower. Very modern decor. Plenty of pots & pans to cook meals. No dishwasher tablets available, so I had to hand...
