« House was as advertised. Nicely stocked and we appreciated the Brita water pitcher in the fridge. We also enjoyed the Netflix and the stand fan came in handy as the middle room is warm. House was fairly clean but there were a few dead bugs around which wasn’t great in light of having twin babies that crawl. There was a major miscommunication that resulted in us losing a night of our stay but the host was amicable and willing to remedy the situation as best as possible. However, overall, the Host...

« We had a great stay! The house was extremely clean, well laid out, and exactly as described. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, the living room was comfortable with a nice TV, and the master bedroom and bathrooms were spacious. One thing we especially appreciated was that the house truly sleeps 11 people comfortably, unlike many rentals that claim to but feel overcrowded. The location is excellent—very close to Grand Park, making it perfect for baseball or softball...

« The home was very comfortable and had all possible amenities we could need in the kitchen, bathroom, etc., which was very appreciated. The check-in/out instructions were easy to follow and communication was quick and friendly. The pet fee (100) and separate security deposit were unexpected but overall didn't cause any issues - it just would have been nice to know of these ahead of making our reservation. We needed to extend our stay slightly during our time there and they were quick to respond...
