« The entry is low and easily accessible. Parking good for the two suvs we had could have parked another if needed. Very clean and fresh. Slept our group of 5 adults with plenty of space. »

« we had to use our blow up mattress. No instructions on trash. put trash container out upon arrival do to every neighbor had theirs out. TV gets movies but unable to hook up players to watch our Xmas videos. »

« This property is charming and the owner clearly put thought in the decor. She was incredibly responsive, left clear instructions, and had humorous labels explaining the door and light switch too. We had plenty of toilet paper, cleaning supplies for dishes etc, and even laundry supplies! The location was superb with everything we wanted within minutes of our location. »

« The home had not been cleaned before our arrival. There were tiny dead bugs all over the kitchen counter. Tray on the outside of the refrigerator door was filled with slimy water, cloth stuffed inside the ice dispenser, keurig tray was moldy and in master bath toilet paper holder hanging out of a whole in the wall. « We enjoyed our stay here overall. The home is spacious, quiet, and clean, and located in a very nice neighborhood. It has so much potential to be a 10/10 stay.That said, there is quite a bit of deferred maintenance that future guests should be aware of. We noticed loose tiles throughout the property that could pose a tripping hazard, as well as some loose fixtures. Unfortunately, the pool was green and unusable during our visit. « We were pleased with our stay. Nice, safe, and quiet neighborhood. However; there is a main road located a few hundred yards from the nice fenced in backyard. Road noise was noticeable to us during commuter hours. We do live in the quiet mountains of NC so noise may be more noticeable to us than it is to others. House was very clean and comfortable. We would stay here again. Host was also very kind, considerate, and responsive. »
