« The house was not at all as represented on the website. We tried repeatedly to communicate with the owner, who only responded to one initial concern- that the house had no heat and we had to sleep with the temperature at 52 degrees the first night. We had no heat in the kitchen and living room for the first 20 hours of our stay. The owner did not respond to any of our other concerns. Urine stains on the toilet, bad odor, stains on the mattress, dirty pool area with no clean place to sit, disgusting hot tub, broken storm door with exposed glass, glass and trash in the pool area, broken light fixtures inside and outside of the house. « The house itself was fine but the pool was unusable and not maintained. We were frequently promised it would be fixed each day but there was no maintenance done. Even going through support, there was no attempt to make things right and we were unable to use the pool during a hot summer weekend. (There aren't even any pool towels for use) »

« This condo fit our needs perfectly. We were a family of 9 adults in NYC to do all the sights and experiences we could in a week. We found this condo clean, nicely finished, roomy, with a large kitchen stocked well and bedrooms each with their own bathrooms. It is about a 15 minute walk to subway in a very safe neighborhood.
