« Kitchen was Very well equipped. We used the slow cooker provided. Deck looked out onto where the Yachats River meets the ocean. We walked to restaurants and the state park right up the street. The beds were great. Parking space provided was tight but our truck fit. Would definitely return to this lovely cottage. Hiking opportunities were plentiful. »

When I travel to Philomath or near for work, this is the place my co-workers and myself get, fair price, all the living amenities needed (washer/dryer, kitchen, separate rooms, living/dining space). The beds are very comfortable in my opinion, I get great sleep! Definitely will be getting this place again when travelling if I come across it available! »

« The host was responsive to inquiries sent to the app. The house was well equipped. The house was clean and well maintained. I liked that both bathrooms were accessible from the hallways. We parked one car in the garage and one car on the driveway. For some reason the entry code was not sent when we were supposed to be able to enter. I did get it from the host through the app, once it became clear I did not receive it automatically. I would prefer to get it earlier, and have the door code...

Our Host was very nice and offered her phone number in case we needed anything. A very pleasant stay. This was our second time to rent this house for our family Christmas. »
