« The view could be perfect if the bush was cut down lower. Too many weeds and bees my dog didn’t like going outside. We felt like we stayed at a motel 6. The cottage was out dated for the price we paid. »

« Very nice place. Nicely isolated but close enough to Yachats for conveniency. Ocean view is excellent. Access to ocean was easy and it felt like our own private beach. »

« The condo was nice. They ask you not to wear shoes and your socks turn black. Looks like the floors are never mopped. Lots of warnings on if you don’t do this or that you will be charged extra. There is a restaurant directly below that plays loud music the entire day until 10 pm which was not mentioned in the add. You can’t even turn on the tv as you cannot hear it. The unit above stomps around and has a dog that continuously barks. No air flow, so if you open doors to let air in, the front door...

« Beware you cannot cancel once you’ve made a reservation! Not as pictured. Bare bones. Carpets need cleaning. Chairs low and uncomfortable. Second bed on floor and lumpy. Barely room to walk beside bed. Blinds dirty. Not at all a comfortable place. We didn’t stay the second night. Couldn’t get out of there fast enough. »

« Thank you---we hope to be back since we visit the area often...A few comments: Very nice quiet large 2brm unit w lovely balcony and western view, well equipped spacious kitchen and living spaces and nice bathroom (except shower/bath had slow drain, which mgmt said it would fix). Nice to be able to have had our dog, though disappointed that pricing extra chg for dog was not transparent at all and didn't show up until after we booked the non-refundable unit, and it (dog fee) seemed a bit high...

« Overall the experience was good, Coburg is a lovely little town and we fell in love with it's charm. We came to town for the Oregon vs. Nebraska football game, and this little rental was perfect - close enough to Eugene, but away from the noise and traffic from game-day. Easy access to I-5, and only 1 stop away from the Autzen Express bus station made getting to the game really easy. A few things - the host asks guests to remove their shoes at the door. I thought this was a weird request as...

« Beautiful views! Place was easy to set up & questions were quickly answered. Kitchen was well stocked, bathroom & bedroom had extra fresh linens. Laundry came in handy since we were there for a while. Older house, but in good shape. May bring our dog next time »
