« Unit was clean, pretty place many activities onside for kids »

« Better than the pictures show, love the character. Host was very communicative. »

« Had an incredible stay for a Father/Son overnight trip to Laconia. The property was clean, incredibly safe, quiet and relaxing, the amenities were very nice and perfect for a vacation of any length. Perfect for family trips, couples getaways, solo adventures and friend getaways. This property is close to anything you want to do in that area. Has a nice pool, basketball, firepit, BBQ spots, places to relax and enjoy your drink or coffee to watch the sunset over the lake or sit under the starry...

« Clean, convenient, and comfortable. I was very happy with my stay and would definitely recommend this place! »

« This is a great little spot. I love that has a fireplace. It’s got a deck that you can sit out on. It’s quiet. I highly recommend it and the owners are spot on with communication »

« This place was total dump and needs A LOT of TLC. It’s too bad because it could be a really nice spot. Don’t be deceived by the photos and reviews. It was really run down and smelled. The carpet was ripped and stained. I was afraid to walk around in bare feet in fear I would get some sort of disease. The walls were beat up and paper thin. We could clearly hear the people next door talking and coughing up a lung. There were also spider webs on the ceiling. It’s advertised has having a balcony....

« This is just a glorified old ski condo bedroom. There's a microwave in the fridge but no dishes and no utensils. The rug going into the bathroom is pulled away from the floor and if you step on it with bare feet you get rug tacks in your toes. There's only a single door between the next unit and you can hear everything their TV their conversations. The sliding door barely works you really have to fight with it to open and close it. I would not recommend this place. »

« Beautiful location. Lake was beautiful and bedroom was right on the water. Responsive host. »

« This listing on the VRBO site is exactly what you will find at this location. Very clean and well appointed. Great place for large groups - sleeps 10! The grounds are beautiful - flowers are amazing! Only downside is there is no kitchen, but that is clearly noted in the listing. Communication with the host was excellent and they were available if we needed anything, which we did not. I'd rate it a 5 star if it had a kitchen as the accommodations were otherwise great! »
