Welcome to our cozy, newly renovated studio that is located at the heart of the Lake's Region! Our studio is the perfect place to stay if you're looking for comfort, convenience, and an unforgettable experience. With just a short drive, you can reach Weirs Beach, Gunstock Mountain, and the Bank of NH Pavilion. Our studio boasts spectacular panoramic mountain and lake views, a newly built pool, BBQ pits, a gym, game room, basketball court, and a library, making it the perfect place to stay for families, couples, and solo travelers alike.

Wake up to breathtaking early morning sunrises and relax with stargazing/sunsets in the evening while enjoying the Weirs Beach fireworks display from the comfort of your condo. Our condo is equipped with a queen bed, a 50' Smart TV, Wi-Fi, an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer, pack-n-play, heat, a/c, full bathroom, queen size aero bed, and a fully equipped kitchen. The condo is also stocked with all linens, and vending machines are available on the lower level in the laundry room.

For the comfort of all guests, please note that smoking is strictly prohibited in the condo or on the balcony. The HOA will assess a $250 fee for smoking within 20 feet of the building. Additionally, pets are not allowed on the premises, and the HOA will charge guests a $200 service fee if a pet is observed in the condo.

When we checked in on 7/1 the process was easy. We discovered a bag of trash left behind in the unit and there was no toilet paper. We texted the owner and within the hour had toilet paper and they picked up the trash. Overall the unit was just right for the two of us. Unfortunately, the bed was harder than preferred and one of us was not able to sleep in the bed. The location was really great for the travel to our venue for a concert. We might consider staying here again, but would use the inflatable mattress to sleep on.

Night away for concert

Booked the property for a night while attending a concert at BankNH pavilion. Easy drive to concert venue. Property was pretty much a ghost town that day, which was fine. Easy entrance with provided details. Unit was clean to the eye initially. Tried to run the shower, but it backed up quickly. We were unable to use for the duration of the stay. There was also an oversight on extra stock of toilet paper. A half roll was provided upon check in, and no extra was on site. We were refunded 20 for the issue with bathtub not draining, and the complaint was addressed quickly after the initial email. Overall this property was fair and and a decent price for the area.

Winter Family Vacation

We were looking for snow to play in and we got it! Cider Lodge is where we always stay when traveling to New Hampshire. This was our first time in this room and it was wonderful to have a kitchen to be able to cook in. We will be staying here again next time we are planning a trip!

Weekend Stay

Let me start by saying the location of the property is great, lots of restaurants and shops to choose from. As far as the unit there a couple of things that might need looking at. The unit for heat/air is very loud and we need to shut it of in order to sleep as well as the fan in the bathroom being loud when in use. Seems that they are old units and might need some upgrading. Small item but there are 2 bulbs out over the bathroom sink that need to be replaced. We found the bed to be firm and not that comfortable. Sorry for the negative comments but I feel that they are important enough to bring to attention.

Everything was just as listed. Britnie was very responsive. Bed was comfortable. Fridge, microwave, and oven range were a bonus… as were the snacks! Very close to BoNH Pavillion. We didn’t get the opportunity to explore the facilities, but we’ll be back! (Look for Britnie’s message through VRBO for instructions. Don’t be thrown off by Lodgify instructions.)

Great location

This place was great. The location to weirs beach, gunstock mountain and hiking trails was excellent. The pool, hot tub, and rooftop patio were my favorite. We spent a day by the pool on the roof overlooking the beach. I would try to book a place that had a patio next time. The condo had a bed, kitchenette and small couch. It was perfect for what we needed. My only issue was there was no additional rolls of toilet paper. We ran out and had to go out an buy some. I will be back but will try to rent something with a patio.

Noticeable smell upon entrance to the condo. Heavy mildew smell in the bathroom. Pillows and air mattress have blood stains. Wifi signal so weak we kept losing access to Roku / Netflix. Game room games took money, didn’t work. It was only 1 night but if it was longer we would have left.
