« We really enjoyed the three nights we spent at this property. We initially ran into some issues with VRBO, but the host, John, was very kind and accommodating. Updated interior photos of the cottage would serve to benefit the listing. I'd say the current photos do not show the full scope of the space or amenities. « Terribly maintained, excuses from the host, will never book again. Frozen hot tub, no heat in the unit and they didn’t even have blinds for a glass door that sees everything. I’m pursuing a refund & can only hope the host cares enough to actually fix things. Do not stay here when it’s cold, they don’t care about the property. »

« Great place. We really enjoyed the isolation in the woods with views of the Blue Ridge mountains. We had a great time with family there and would definitely come back again. Only complaint was the spiral staircase. Since there is no bathroom in the loft I had to navigate the stairs a few times a night to use the bathroom. Not easy for a senior. »
