« The property and facilities are nice, yet I encountered several issues during my stay. I had trouble connecting to the Wi‑Fi: only the passcode was provided, with no network name. I repeatedly tried Wi‑Fi networks named after room numbers but failed. I had to go out to ask staff for the correct SSID and login details, and I waited a long time for assistance in the middle of the night. Additionally, the TV turned on by itself at around 5 a.m. while it was still dark, which was quite unsettling....
