« This property was well preserved in it's late 70's decor. Carpeted bathrooms, elaborate large fabric drapes, some of the first flat panel televisions ever made. It was clean, spacious and nicely located. Could probably use a significant renovation however. »

« We really enjoyed the size of the cottage. The whole campus was pretty to drive around and look at the other cottages. We were disappointed in the kids water "park" and slide being down to maintenance. I think the worst part was checking in and then trying to be scammed into going to a time share meeting. »

« Upon are arrival to the property 15 minutes before check in time was not quite ready. They gave us the key and we went to the condo. We were still waiting for the bathroom to be cleaned and the bed to be made. If the rest of the property was clean why not the bathroom. Apparently there were issues with the laundry service that day that caused some issues. Also Expedia shows the property to have a king bed but it’s just a double bed. « DONT STAY! There is no one available to assist guests after 6pm!!! The air in our room was not working properly, the toilet would not flush, and the mattress had metal springs were coming through the mattress. When we called the number to try and get assistance, we only got a recording stating that no one was available until the next day. We were not aware of this upon checking. When I finally got a call from the property manager at 11 the next day she informed us that they could not move us to...

« The Front desk and security team were amazing!! Everyone was helpful and friendly. Laundry in our villa was a major game changer!! The one bedroom villa we stayed in for a week was spacious. My toddler had no problems with being cooped up on rainy days. Plenty of room to run. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook with. No need to bring anything. They even had a blender. The property is clean and well maintained with plenty of activities by the pool to keep you busy. »

« After we checked in you go to the next counter and get your parking pass. He says Expedia has a discount for shows. I'm thinking like something so different. They hit you up for 2 hours of trying to sell you vacation package. I wasn't aware of this. The pools were nice to swim in. I booked this hotel for the water slide and of course it was broke! « The Property was great. We had stayed at Surrey's before but this was our first time to stay at the Townhouses. We loved it; plenty of room for everyone. We will be staying here again! It's always nice to have the kitchen and laundry if needed. Everything was extremely clean. »
