Called 3 times before we got anything. Ended up with 2 sets of sheets, 6 pillowcases, no pillows,and no blankets. Remotes didn't have batteries, so we had to call and get some. « Overall, the place was clean. Has a washer and dryer and full kitchen which made the stay pretty good. The only issue was the indoor pool by the unit was unavailable the whole week we stayed, and also when we needed clean towels, we had to wash them instead of room service providing new ones. Other than that, the stay was very good. »

« The room never kept hot water!! We had to take cold showers and it was only 3 of us staying in there, And it was dirty needed dusted really bad my husband has allergies and he was miserable the entire week could not breath »

« I like it but there is room for improvement on the little things. For a personal stay and non business it would be a little better. I have stayed twice for business. It’s clean but due to the openness it’s hard to control the temp in the room. My first stay the wifi didn’t work and cell reception is minimal so using phone as a hot spot was less than ideal. I like the kitchenette area and comes with everything you need but no area to use it. If you want to use the electric pan they have you can’t...

« We arrived at the townhouse and the bed sheets on every bed were stained and had hair on them. The floors had garbage on the floor. The bathroom curtains had mold and the toilets were dirty. We didn’t take towels since it was listed on there but the ones they had were dirty we had to go buy some. One of the bed was broken and the freezer didn’t work either I communicated all of this to the host and received to no respond. »
