« Gorgeous well stocked home accommodated our large family in style!! Plenty of Beach & Pool towels, beach chairs, and kitchen appliances for all of our meals! Loved the house and Chatham! Walkable to beach, restaurants and shops. So Fun! »

« We had such an amazing stay! The house was absolutely beautiful and had so much space for our family to relax and enjoy. The pool was incredible — the kids practically lived in it the whole trip! The hot tub was also a wonderful bonus! Everything was clean, comfortable, and even better than expected. The hosts were fantastic — quick to answer any questions and made sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect...

« The Cottage is has described on the pictures. very clean, cosy , close to Chatham , and very Quiet . the only issue was the temperature when we arrived . 45F it was so cold ,it took few hours before becoming comfortable . i would recommend ,to increase temperature when guests are planed to come . For cooking , its a bit limited with the overall utensils provided .. , but we managed ... I do recommend this cottage . its really cosy and comfortable ... Thanks »

« La maison était bien localisée et plusieurs chambres et lits. Mais propreté ordinaire et beaucoup de travaux accumulés au fil des ans à faire dans la maison. Humidité à l’intérieur et nous avons dû faire rouler les airs climatisés à l’intérieur constamment. La chambre à l’étage n’était pas climatisée…pas très propre non plus…personne n’y a dormi. »

« Wonderful location & unit. We would love to stay here again. A couple of things to note the bay front bedroom and the "loft" area, which is a hallway, have no dressers, luggage racks, or anywhere to unpack clothing besides the closet. White bath towels are left hotel style on the beds. There are no additional bath towels. There were a few beach towels but we were glad we also brought our own. If you stay with young children and need extra towels there is no linen closet which I found...

« Cute house in an easy commute area to many restaurants, stores, etc. Short drive to beaches, walking trail very near by. House was very clean and most importantly, no bugs! No spiders! It happens I know but it didn't here. A on cleaning. Beds were comfortable and loved having the a/c and TV in both bedrooms. Yard was a bit smaller than we thought but our dog is very small so it was fine for us. Host was at the ready and very responsive, thank you Melissa for sharing your lovely home with us!!...

« Home was very clean and comfortable. We stayed in the end of Sept. and I am VERY grateful for the AC units. Very convenient location to downtown. Easily parked two SUV's in the driveway. Comfortably sleeps four adults. »

« Great spot on the Cape »

« My family of 6 and our little dog stayed here on our vacation to the cape. Everything was spotless upon our arrival and looked just like the photos. In a quiet, beautiful neighborhood, close enough to activities but far enough for privacy. Keyless check-in/out was super easy. Hosts communicated very well and left amenities for us to use, from beach chairs to travel guides. We would definitely stay here again! »

« Lovely sprawling home with plenty of space for a crowd to linger and cozy bedrooms. I only wish my entire family were staying, and we could utilize all the amenities it had to offer. The grounds were also lovely with a large deck surrounding. We’ll be back! »
