« We had a wonderful stay! The location was excellent—close to everything we wanted to do while still being peaceful and relaxing. The rental was stocked with everything we needed, including beach chairs and beach towels, which made our trips to the beach so easy. The space was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of room to relax. The host was also very responsive and helpful whenever we had a question. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area! »

« Super easy check in to this very comfortable home. Had options of using AC but also opening windows when AC wasn’t necessary. Great location, not far at all from bike trails or to Orleans center. Judith was a wonderful host! »

« Unpleasant for a stay during the winter. If heat was set to keep downstairs comfortable, the upstairs was uncomfirtably hot. Had to open windows. So much in drawers and cabinets, no place to store items. TVs were horrible to utilize. Felt like a cheap flip. Realtor information left out with note about camera surveillance which made us feel uncomfortable. We left early. »

« Staying at Lucy’s Place was like staying at a friend’s beloved cottage. You would never know that pets have visited because it was so clean. The proximity to the beach was perfect for lots of time by the water with an easy walk to use the bathroom or grab snacks. « Excellent house situated away from the beaches but very close to Rte. 6. It made an ideal home base as my daughter played golf tournaments in the area during April break. Very roomy, nicely updated. Upstairs has a massive master (though no shower, you have to walk down the hall to shower). You can tell they have done work recently. Nice hardwoods throughout is a nice update. We had issues with the WiFi when we checked in by Elaine worked with Xfinity and it was fixed quickly.Overall, perfect...

« The property is in a great location, the amenities were nice. Our biggest challenge were the amount of insects that were throughout the property. It was very noticeable in most of the rooms. Despite keeping doors and windows shut there was an inordinate amount of insects. Not what we would have expected for a rental at this price point, this coming from long time Chatham renters (7 years). To be fair the owners did try to accommodate by sending over a service.
