« Nice house in a quiet neighborhood and very close to Cooks Brook beach.Loved watching sunsets over Cape Cod bay.House was very clean when we arrived and well equipped with beach towels. »

« Best rental we have stayed in on Cape, and we go every year. Exceptionally clean, comfortable. I can not say enough about it. Great location as well. What stood out the most was the high quality linens, as well as comfortable mattresses. It is very well kept with attention to detail. The grill and appliances were also of a higher quality and made it a pleasure to cook. Will absolutely stay at Blue Pearl again. »

« Five star because hosts were very responsive and truly went out of their way to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Mid cape location is perfect for all the beaches we visit and biking we do. »

« Overall the property was perfect. Great location, super clean and plenty of room for our family of 4. The only negative I can say is that the property is a duplex and that’s not mentioned in the listing. Overall great spot and would stay there again! »

« The house fit our needs perfectly--well stocked, good layout, good amount of beds/bedrooms and comfortable bedding. Being that it was fall, didn't necessarily need the close proximity to the beach but it was RIGHT there! »

« The little touches included with this listing are what makes the difference between returning to a “house we rented” and returning to a “home away from home”. Thoughtful items like nightlights, labeled light switches (so easy but so useful), and motion sensing lights on the outdoor deck stairs for when you were out later than expected and forgot to leave the outside lights on. « Our group of 6 stayed at Lieutenant's Lodge in late May/early June -- it is such a great place. Location couldn't be more perfect - stairs down to the beach/flats right out the back door. Kitchen is great, beds and living area were super comfortable. Got stopped at the bridge once by high tide - while waiting we waded in and watched the horseshoe crabs do their thing -- very cool! We highly recommend Lieutenant's Lodge. »

« Cute house in an easy commute area to many restaurants, stores, etc. Short drive to beaches, walking trail very near by. House was very clean and most importantly, no bugs! No spiders! It happens I know but it didn't here. A on cleaning. Beds were comfortable and loved having the a/c and TV in both bedrooms. Yard was a bit smaller than we thought but our dog is very small so it was fine for us. Host was at the ready and very responsive, thank you Melissa for sharing your lovely home with us!!...
