« This was the perfect place for our 5 day Cape getaway. Located very centrally on the cape. Close to everything! 10 minute walk to local beach and less than 5 minute drive to other beaches. AC was a plus! Grill on the deck was put to good use as well. The outdoor shower is clean and great. There were 3 of us and place couldve accommodated 3 or 4 more. Host was easily communicated. Would stay again 100%. »

« This home was perfect for our family beach trip. There are several nearby beaches and restaurants. We loved being able to walk to the Skipper! The host was very responsive and the check in and check out processes were very clear. We all very much enjoyed our stay here! »

« The house was amazing! It was so much bigger than the photos could even let on. Cathy was very helpful and communicative before and during our stay. Only a short walk from the Pelham House where we had a wedding. If you're traveling with multiple cars, try to condense to two for parking, but could not recommend this place enough! Thank you for a wonderful stay! »

« House was beautiful, well maintained and in an ideal location. Short walk to the beach where the tide can go out to about a mile. Never seen a tide go out that far. Truly breathtaking. Take time to read Sally Gunnings books. She a fine author.If we ever get back to Cape Cod this will be where we stay. »

« The property is clean and comfortable. You will find it resembling the published photos. It is centrally located to explore the Cod and the islands as it is near the ferries. Communication with Amy, the host was great. She was prompt and even anticipated our arrival with suggestions. Shaw supermarket is 400 yards away so convenient. »

« Good location but difficult to find the property upon arrival,This place is charming but there are some drawbacks.Two bedrooms not really depicted well. One said it had a twin and a bunk (twin with double bed). There wasn’t a standalone twin bed—it was a trundle. For children this might be fine, but for adults, it was not a usable twin bed. « Nice location, quiet neighborhood, comfortable, and clean with a feeling of newness. Nice time of year to enjoy the porch and there was plenty of room for our group of seven. Three couches in the basement! Easy to get to town or beaches, etc. Host was helpful and communicative. »
