Comté de Banks - Réservez votre appartement pour un week-end

« Everything was perfect! The host took care of everything and made the check in process simple. And they provided us with all the essentials. Finding a nice property within walking distance of Sanford Stadium that is reasonably priced is hard to find. I’d definitely stay here again! »

« Room was very clean. Only issue and we didn’t call about it, was there was an iron but no ironing board ? »

« The property is exactly as pictured and reviewed by others! Beautiful area: view of water and outdoors. Hot tub, pool table, washing machine/dryer, and bedroom in basement are excellent. Very clean. Main level has living room with tv, super comfy couch, and 3 rocker recliners. Big dining table and kitchen with plenty of utensils and cups and cooking pots/pans. Nice fridge with ice maker in door. Half bath was nice size and convenient! The upstairs has two bedrooms. The one that has a balcony...

« This is a really cool, unique property. It’s a former industrial building turned into a living space. Check in and communication with owner was excellent The linens were luxurious. There is a coffee spot nearby and we discovered frose (frozen wine) just a few steps away. »

« The studio is perfect. We stayed with our dog, and they had a water bowl out for him and everything. The fenced yard was so convenient and sure beats having to get dressed, go down the elevator, and take your dog on a walk outside a hotel first thing in the morning. We’ll be back! »

« Great space, great location »

« Location is excellent - easy walk to downtown, which made the trip so much easier. Helen has paid parking lots everywhere, so it was really nice to be in the middle of the action and not have to find places for the car or deal with transit. The house is cute and has everything one needs. Host is very responsive. Check in was easy. The outdoor table is a great add on - cozy place to eat and relax. Loved it! »

« Loved this stay. What a great place! What a great location. Made some great memories' »

« Perfect spot to go back and forth to campus. Very clean and tidy. Would definitely stay here again. »

« Great property, clean, and family friendly. The host is always responsive. »

« Great location within walking distance to our fave places in Athens! Super clean and comfy with extra blankets and toiletries waiting for us, and a market downstairs for other items you may need. Layout made it easy for us to have our kids over for dinner one night and good catching up time in LR. Only minor complaint was messaging the hosts resulted in no reply so call the number provided to Guest Haus to speak with someone instead. Would definitely stay here again as it’s a very comfortable...

« El lugar es muy bonito, todas las instalaciones y muy cerca de todo, pero en nuestro caso siendo extranjeros fue muy difícil el check in para recibir el código de ingreso, y todo es muy nuevo y muy bonito pero creo que ayudaría mucho con en otras instalaciones que brindan más cosas dentro de los apartamentos como más café, detergente para ropa y los ventiladores tenían un poco de polvo pero todo lo demás estuvo muy bien »

« Great place! We thoroughly enjoyed it ! You won't find a better location. Clean ...bed was very comfortable. Host was quick to answer any questions. Will definitely be goin back. »

« Very clean apartment. Really nice property. Beds were pretty comfortable. »

« The location was perfect! Everything was so clean and cozy. The view from the porch was wonderful and the way you enter and exit the rental felt safe and protected us from the rain when carrying our luggage from the car to the condo. »

« Easy walk to downtown activities… several restaurants located within a 5 minute walk. Condo wasn’t fancy but did the job. Had a common front deck and a small private deck as well. Comfortable bed. Regular sized fridge is nice to have along with a sink. Easy check in and check out. Pictures of this second floor unit weee accurate. »

« Very nice place and we had a great time »
