« Overall, we had a good stay, but I do think future guests should know that the listing photos don’t accurately reflect the current condition of the property. The pictures appear to have been enhanced or heavily edited, and the house looked quite different in person.The biggest issue was cleanliness. « This was our first experience with a VRBO rental. We enjoyed the conveniences of a cozy cottage and included full kitchen and living areas. It was super convenient to the Cibolo Creek and downtown Boerne, so when it wasn’t rainy and cold, we enjoyed walking around the town. Unfortunately, it was unseasonably cold and rainy for the first 2-3 days of our stay. « Overall, we had a good stay. The location was good for us and the host is very responsive. The property itself is nice, but the neighborhood is a bit on the rough side from an appearance standpoint. However, the neighborhood is quiet and I believe very safe. The only other negative is the tub/shower in one of the suites is a bit tricky getting in and out, and would not be suitable for an older or physically challenged person. We would consider staying here again. »
