Cons: never received instructions on check in, reading septic system, dog food kept under kitchen cabinet (we had no pets), dog/ cat hair on couch and bunk bed, difficult to put out Murphy bed and need more kitchen towels (only had 2) and toilet I. Master bath clogged and no plunger, »

« Location for the win! We have a camp house in Medina that we usually stay at for the weekend but have grown tired of driving back and forth. Communication was really good. »

« This is a very cute house but could improve with lighting and adding some mirrors in the bedrooms. I would rate it higher but the neighbor dogs barked each night so we did not get the rest we had hoped for. Another reason for not rating this higher is because there is not an option for showering only a bathtub. »

« The host was very responsive. The house was immaculate and very comfortable. The location was perfect for my event that i was attending. Our standard poodle Ivy loved the back yard. We loved the fact that heat was available as the nights were quite chilly. Sme of the available VRBO homes did not have heat available. I would highly recommend the Kinsleigh House to other potential guests. »
