« We loved our stay at the retreat cottage. It was very cozy set back into the woods. There’s a little trail that goes a bit deeper that our kids loved looking for deer prints on. It’s a little distance from any grocery store so be sure to bring your staples with you( spices and cooking oils, ice trays). Coffee was provided and that’s pretty important. « I wanted to share how much I loved the view of the lake. The house having trees on all sides provided wonderful privacy. The only things we needed to provide were beach towels and food, as the house had everything else. »

« Cabin was comfortable and cozy. All our needs were provided for, including coffee maker, equipped kitchen, recliners, rocking chairs, a fireplace and lovely outdoor firepit. We were reluctant to leave but life had to return to normal. We hope to return. »

« Overall we were very pleased with the house and location of it. We were looking for peaceful place to stay and not to be disturbed by the neighbors. The house is located maybe 10 minutes outside of town so going to the grocery store or going to eat dinner was extremely easy. I spent most mornings sitting on the couch looking out the back door at the lake and private dock.
