« Very nice little spot. Host was prompt in communicating. The only issues we had was the walk way was icy and not shoveled upon arrival and the driveway was not plowed our first morning and our vehicle doesn’t do great in the snow so one of our guys had to push us out; but it was plowed our second morning and we had no problem getting out. We lost a phone at one point and our host went out of their way to help us find it and we eventually did. Great price for the value! »

« after trying to find this location that is nowhere near correct by the address given, we arrived to a building that appeared abandoned, got to the room to find a cheap lock box that was broken and had no knob or button to open the lock box, just a broken bit of plastic, struggled for 3 hours to get into the room, no answer from host through messages on app or phone, when they did finally text me it was at nearly 10 PM after I had already gotten another hotel in another town, customer service was...

« My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Louie's Tiny House. Though considered a 'tiny house' it felt spacious and open. It had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location was great, convenient to downtown Boyne City and a Family Fare with nearby laundromat an easy walk away. Check-in was easy. King size bed was comfortable. The decor was charming and all was neat and clean. We would definitely recommend a stay there! »

« This is the second time we’ve stayed at the Betsy Ross House. It is very convenient for any activities in the area…easy walk to downtown. The house is clean and well appointed. The hosts are very generous with their welcome basket(s) and are easy to work with. The only issue is that you are sharing a house with an upstairs apartment and the walls are thin. We were unlucky on this visit that the neighbors were loud at inconvenient times. »
