« The apartment is an older building, but in an area which was easy to get to and easy to get to downtown Raleigh. I did have to clean the kitchen some before using. The pots had some food residue from a previous renter and there were some sticky spots on counters and tables. One thing which would help renters keep things clean would be to have more dish soap available, there was a small amount in the kitchen, but I had to go purchase dish soap to be able to clean our dishes after eating. « The apartment was Instagram pleasant when we walked in. Overall description of the unit was lacking. It is in a very large complex which isn't very nice from the outside. The unit is on the third floor with outdoor stair access only. When we got in, there were a dozen air fresheners and 2 air purifiers - the unit below held a smoker and I believe all these air fresheners was to mitigate that smell. « Apartment was great, very nice. There was 3 beds we only used one but it was very comfortable. Host communicated very quickly and was very helpful. Only downfall was the upstairs tenants jumped and ran all night till about 3am so being up late and checking out at 10am was not fun, but Tom was great and apartment was clean. If you can ignore jumping perfect location to everything. »
