« My room was not ready and I had to wait for over an hour while they cleaned it however, the floor was wet from being mopped, our socks and feet were black from walking around in the room after it was supposedly clean. The check in on the computer screen was difficult to understand the person who was checking us in. He was not very professional when he asked me for my social media profile which I did not share.
