The beach and the lake were amazing, as were the various areas on the property to enjoy. The grassy backyard was great for our 4-year-old grandson to run and play on, and he enjoyed the air hockey table in the garage. « This house is family friendly. It is spacious and clean. I loved that there was outdoor furniture to sit on to enjoy the view of the beach. The view was amazing. The bathtub/showers were clean. The beds were comfortable. Our only complaint was that parking for two vehicles was too tight in the driveway. »

« The host was tremendous. The cottage was 60’s-style, well cared for, and cozy. The beds were comfortable. We were a short walk away from huge, calm, beautiful Hubbard Lake. The kitchen was well stocked and the stove, fridge, and microwave were in great shape and functioning properly. The WiFi and air condo worked great. « Wonderful stay at this lake house! The kitchen, bathrooms and laundry room are equipped with all you need. The fireplace and fire pit were put to great use. Down the ladder we went into Lake Huron. Nearby Tawas City has good shopping, biking and hiking near the Lighthouse. The hosts were very responsive when contacted and it is clear that they take great care of and pride in their home. »

« The cabin was great!!! Super clean and beautifully decorated. Kitchen was well stocked with all needed utensils. Lovely, considerate extras: ice, bottled water, fresh flowers, and so much more! We spent 2 nights as a couple and 2 more as grandparents of 2 boys (3&10). Such valuable memories and happy experiences. Beach was quiet and clean with anything you could hope for!!! So grateful for Carmen’s generosity. »
