« The place itself was just as the pictures. Nice and clean comfortable customer service is wonderful. The only thing I would caution is that parking for no. 2 is in the parking area but to get to the entrance there is a sidewalk that goes down a hill and for those who are not steady on their feet there is no railing to hang on to. So maybe you might want to take that into consideration. »

« Check-in process was super easy! The property was cute and clean and had plenty of room for our crew. We spent lots of time around the big kitchen table, so we loved that part. We could have used more bathrooms, but we made do. The lighting could be improved in the kitchen as well. But overall a great stay with no complaints! »

« Very clean unit in great location close to downtown. Claire answered questions promptly. A Keurig coffeemaker with pods of coffee plus a pod you can fill with your own coffee was available plus a kettle and teabags. It would have been nice to have another towel rack in the bathroom and tissues. »

« Super awesome and very nice place pretty »

« We really enjoyed our stay in the historic district. We went on evening walks around the neighborhood admiring the homes, and easily walked to the downtown area. The condo was very clean, and had many thoughtful amenities. The bed, although very low to the ground was very comfortable, the sofa…not as much. Parking was very convenient to the complex. We would definitely stay here again! »

« Property did not disappoint! We were in town for freshman orientation at UKY and couldn’t have asked for a better stay. It was clean, stylish and perfect for our stay. Location is convenient to the university as well as restaurants and entertainment. All were within walking distance. »
