« The host is extremely responsive to every contact and our special requests both before and during our stay.This location is wonderful to be at Garden of the Gods, Glen Eyrie Castle, the Air Force Academy and so many other destinations in Colorado Springs. You will love the spacious rooms and comfy beds with excellent bedding! Spotless bathroom and kitchen too! Hot water and water pressure were great. (shower entry just a tad tight) Steve and Ann have anticipated every guest’s needs in advance!...

« It was a brief overnight stay but the room was secure, quiet, and nicely decorated. The sheets, pillows and mattress were super comfortable and the ceiling fan kept a nice breeze and low hum to help us sleep. We would definitely stay with David again. »

« The African Loft was a perfect place to stay for our family of 4 adults and one child. The space was very comfortable and clean with nice amenities. There were children books and a few games available to help keep us entertained. The kitchen was very well stocked and had eveything needed to make a meal. The courtyard area was also enjoyable.Communication with the host was great, with quick responses. »

« Clean rooms, hostess was super awesome and accommodating. Scenery and wildlife in front yard were breathtaking. When in the area, I would DEFINITELY stay here again. »

« This was a great place to crash and had all of the necessities to cook and clean. I love that it was so close to the interstate which made it convenient to hop on/off for travel to different areas in town. The host was incredibly responsive and forgiving as I accidently broke a vase (very sorry). It was a great place for me and my wife to settle up for the night before exploring the great areas in/around Denver. »

« No response for request for keys, never received request for info email; immediaye voice mail with no call back. HAD TO GET A ROOM ELSEWHERE. Hotels.com should NOT offer this place to stay when it is confirmed you get no help/immediate response. It was 7 pm at night, NOT the 10 pm advertised late check in. »

« It's a small, well laid out place that had everything we needed. It has an amazing shower! The place is very clean and well maintained. We had a question or two and Winnie responded quickly. »

« This was a great place to stay for a couple weeks while I was in Colorado Springs. Great location. Great neighborhood. It's a nice, clean basement apartment. Easy access. Great communication. »

« We really enjoyed our stay. The rental was very clean and the atmosphere was bright and very comfortable. Marta, our host, was very friendly and responsive to any question or need that we might have had. She made us feel extremely welcome and cared for. Having a kitchen greatly served our purposes, and helped us to save on meals. I think the rental provided a good value for us. If we come back to Colorado Springs, Marta’s place will be first on our list to seek availability. »
