« It was okay for a last minute holiday weekend booking. Very convenient location. The house was pretty much as shown in the pics. House/ yard were not very clean when we arrived. Grassed needed mowed BAD. Floor was dirty in the house with sand and pet hair, i had to sweep before brining our stuff in. Also the tv remote always missing, ( found it in the couch). Someone came while we were gone and turned on outdoor lights which I couldnt figure out how to turn off so they shined in my window all...

« Communication was great we had concerns about the river flooding. Our host was quick to communicate and advise us everything was safe to travel. Upon arrival the cabin first smelt so clean, second appeared clean as well. Wouldn’t recommend for more than 2 people. Bed was super comfy and the AC couldn’t have been more perfect. « They did in fact have sheets and blankets so not sure why it says it doesn’t but yes you need your own towels lol and soaps! Short drive to the river and all the instructions were in a binder on the counter when we got there explaining where the dumpster and everything was that we needed even cute notes from previous stayers at the end of the binder. Plenty of room for us and all 6 of our kids even tho they slept on the living room floor simply because there was only one tv in the place lol it...

10. One bedroom cabin minutes from the Frio River and Garner State Park!

« The host was super friendly and helpful. The location was convenient and secluded though this cabin is situated with several other cabins in close proximity. The cabin behind us housed young adults who played loud music until midnight. There was one fire pit that is shared among the cabins. There were ants around the seating area of the fire pit and a chicken coop where you could get fresh eggs. No roosters thankfully. Our cabin was great other than a few issues. We would have enjoyed our stay...

« We were booked on the tiny cabin initially but due to unforeseen situation with freon, were were asked if we didn't mind staying in the bigger cabin. We did not and it was great, the entire property was beautiful and it was a perfect off season weekend to be there: cold, rainy, chilly but by Sunday beautiful and sunny.Our friends stayed in the other tiny cabin and it was so cute and cozy when we visited them.There's a random chimney outside, really cool!The road was perfect for a run out there!...
