« DO NOT PICK THIS CONDO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can't review the condition of this property, because we were never allowed to stay here, even though we booked the condo, and received a confirmation. The management company texted, and notified us that the owner had canceled our reservation! SUPER frustrating, because we then had to try and find a new place just a few days before spring break. Almost everything was booked, but luckily, we were able to find ONE two-bedroom location still available. ...

« Wonderful home, had everything we needed for our 5 night stay. Very close to a market and coffee shops. Really enjoyed our rental. Host was great! »

« It smelled really bad when we first got their, the sheets had so much hair in them, most of the dishes were very dirty and had dry food in them, and their was a bug in the couch and the bed »

« My husband and I have been coming to Pagosa for over 20 years. We have stayed at 3 different condo/townhouses on the same property. This condo was perfect for a family of 4. We cooked in most nights and kitchen was equipped well enough to accommodate. Would definitely stay here again if it was just the 4 of us traveling. »
