« Very pet friendly, host Chris is friendly and accommodating. The Barn was clean, cozy, really the right amount of space for us( a couple and dog). The area is beautiful, the stars are plentiful and the river access is very relaxing with the sounds of the water. »

« The condo was perfect for what we needed. It was quiet, well stocked, and had a beautiful view from the back porch. The owners were accessible for communication and were very kind. »

« It was an awesome house that has literally everything you need . The host was incredible and even set up a kennel for my dog which came in so handy . Nice front porch with Mountain View’s. It was in walking distance of everything . »

« We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the accommodations suited us perfectly. 3 things to bring to your attention: downstairs bathroom door would not stay shut, we used a washcloth around the door when we shut it to keep it in place. Also downstairs bathroom the towel rack under window came loose so we just put in on the window sill. Upstairs king bedroom the lamp shade was loose and would not tighten. These issues did not effect our stay, just wanted to let you know.I would highly recommend this...

« We loved this home! Awesome to have two dishwashers, 2 large refrigerators, 4 washers n 4 dryers. The kids loved the canoes and dock. What a plus to have fishing poles and life jackets. The pool table was also a hit!! We loved the views from the back deck and the convenience to get places. »

« Everything about the stay and the property was outstanding! My wife and I are already planning our next trip to Pagosa Springs and will be trying to get in at that property. Kudos to the management for an excellent place! »

« Overall this was a great property and would highly recommend. The location was perfect. Located in a neighborhood near downtown, it's within walking distance from lots of shopping, restaurants and the Springs resort. The house had plenty of space for my family of 4. Very clean with a modern farmhouse design. The hosts were also very responsive and made us feel very welcomed. My only callout is there needs to a full curtain in the living room. You can see directly into the living room and kitchen...

« Absolutely GLORIOUS!!! This VRBO was our all-time favorite EVER, and we only stay in VRBOs, so that says a lot! Every window has a fantastic view. The property was fully stocked with all the necessities. We have shown pictures to everyone we know. They will be booking, and we will be back! The privacy, view, and cool breeze on the back deck are priceless! »

« Beautiful place in a beautiful town. Right on the river with deer outside the balcony at all hours. Walk or drive into town along the river. Three levels of stairs so a bit of a climb but nice views from the top. »

It was so nice to have a full kitchen and the ability to spread out.The bed is super comfy and the towels and robes were great as well!This place is all about the location. Multiple amazing places to eat are within walking distance including food trucks literally right down the alley. We also really enjoyed kips for some tacos.The hippy dip is just across the street and overlook hot springs are next door. We did have the AC on pretty much full...

« The condo was very clean and comfortable. Construction on the main street ( nothing to do with condo; just the location) created fair amount of noise. Location is very central so close to many shops and eateries. »
