As someone who has rented vacation rentals, I know how many emails and notifications that get received to the owner prior to ones stay. I had not heard from the owner, all to find out apparently the 2025 renovations listed aren't even done and the property wasn't available. No apology whatsoever from the owner, just excuses. « The Knoxville Charm was far from an oasis. The home was located in a fantastic location- it was about 7 minutes from downtown and Neyland Stadium. The beds were comfy, but I bleached everything I took as soon as I returned home. The home was dirty, with holes in the walls, all cabinets were falling of the hinges, and it felt like a rush job done on an abandoned home.
