« Overall, we had a very good experience. If one is looking for a great location to explore Knoxville, or you are attending a conference, this is a superb place. There were a couple of notes that are worth pointing out. One was likely an oversight by the owner and the property management company. The owner offered us a discount on staying an additional night, which we accepted. However, that didn’t get communicated to the property manager who had a cleaning crew show up at our original checkout...

« The location is excellent. We enjoyed being close to everything within walking distance, but not so close that everything is loud. The building felt safe and secure. « The apartment was easy to get to and very central. Right next to the river and UT. Its central location meant it was quite noisy. The apartment is definitely older. There is no elevator if you have lots of stuff. The owner was very easy to communicate with, and the check-in/out process was simple. Great parking. »
