« Property was very clean and host is very thoughtful in all the things in the home. You only need to bring a head pillow if you have a special one, otherwise the home is fully stocked up on all the feelings of home. Host has done an amazing job with the remodel of this property and it is very quiet, comfortable and just the get away from a busy life you are looking for! »

« We are so happy that we picked the farmhouse as our home base for our daughter's graduation from Virginia Tech this past May. Aunts and grandparents were extremely comfortable with their own rooms and en suites. Everyone had a place to relax between activities and didn't even have to leave the house for morning coffee. We had family meals each night and anything we needed was right there in the kitchen. We had a private chef cook for us one night and she was also impressed with the kitchen! ...

« We loved the property so much. We came back a second time! Great place to stay if you want comfort and privacy and many places to explore on and off the property. Our kids loved playing in the creek catching crawfish, campfires in the evenings roasting marshmallows by the creek makes for great family memories. We will definitely be back again! »

« The old farmhouse has a lot of character, clearly having been added onto multiple times. While quirky inside it is a very nice accommodation with a modern kitchen and spacious bedrooms. The property was clean, well stocked with towels and had very nice linens on the beds.
