« We had a wonderful weekend stay for our daughter's wedding. The house has been completely renovated with the top-of-the-line furniture and appliances. Every room is exquisitely furnished. We LOVED the fire pit and smores which our hosts graciously supplied. The countryside was quiet and the night-time stars were spectacular. We highly recommend this beautiful home for any stay you have in the area. »

« Ellen & her husband Dennis were very hospitable. Dennis helped us when we locked our keys in our car. He went above & beyond. They saw that we had FRESH oysters at our cookout. Our only issue was FLIES, mosquitoes & the heat. We understand this is that time of year however, if we could've closed off the back porch, could have turned on the fan, & maybe had some citronella tiki and/or candles. The split units in the house were a little hard to understand, so parts of the house were at times hot....

« We had a great stay at the farmhouse at Peaks of Otter Winery in Bedford, VA! My husband & I needed rest and relaxation and the stay at Elmo's Rest farmhouse did not disappoint!! « We loved our visit to Gracie Lane!! We spent most of our time outside at the pool. Sometimes we would catch a glimpse of deer in the back field or watch the eastern phoebe bird feeding her babies. We enjoyed hanging out on the porch in the evening listening to the creek and the whip-poor-will bird singing at nightfall. »

« Beautiful property and nicely renovated. Would not recommend 10 adults to stay here, as the biggest bed is a double. My husband and I ended up sleeping in separate beds. Loved having our own space for our family and not having to worry about leaving our dog while we went to non-pet friendly places on our visit. Would stay here again »
