« Excellent staff. The room was a bit warm because the sun hits the room all afternoon, but we were out for the day. Maybe bring a small fan for the night to help out the a/c. It was a hot July day and a/c was working overtime. Comfortable bed. No amenities but there is a community pool down the street you can use for a small fee. Breakfast-you might want to eat out but we managed. Eggs and heated vegetables, and you have to look for the breakfast area or you’ll miss it. Okay for an overnight...

« My stay at the Hampton inn Covington was disappointing. Overall, I had doubts with regards to the cleanliness of the room (sheets, towels and shower). The water temperature was inconsistent all through the stay. »

Ice machine been broken for a while, dirty kitchen closet, marked walls, number of burnt bulbs in the room, acceptabley clean room and linnens. »

« The spacious apartment was located in the center of town across from Bacova Beer Co. restaurant and Claire's Cakes and Coffee which was great for coffee (although not open until 8AM) if you don't bring your own coffee to make in the apartment. « Pat's apartment is super conveniently located to the downtown Main Street in Hot Springs - right above a few restaurants, its easy access by foot to things is great. We did hear music starting early in the morning from downstairs each morning and the streetlights are bright throughout the night and shine through the shades to the bedroom. Other than this, we enjoyed our stay very much! Convenience is key for this listing... »

« We had originally booked the studio apt for Jan 9 to visit an elderly parent - a family emergency came up and we had to move our visit to as soon as possible - the owner kindly allowed us to transfer the booking to an earlier date, the 5th (the day after my distressed call) at the cottage instead so other family members could stay as well. Owner is not local, so apparently did not know that the cottage was not quite prepared for guests- it was clean, but not stocked and had some repairs going...
