« there was a huge bag of trash in the middle of the lobby when we walked in. Also a smell. Desk attendant said "wanted to make us aware the air conditioner was having issues" I asked if it worked at all and was told no. I then said we would not be staying there and was told wouldnt get charged for cancellation. when we drove in the parking lot we could tell it wasn't going to be a good experience. Just had that vibe and walking in to trash and a smell in the lobby confirmed. Did not even go...

« There were minor issues staff quickly resolved. Room was clean, provided extra towels / pillows upon request. Quick and painless check in. Very helpful staff. Price was very competitive for area. Would recommend/ stay again. »
