Absolutely loved getting to come back again after several years. Home is so comfortable, the view is just stunning and you are SOOOOO close to so many attractions! If you even need to leave the home! Tim is just the sweetest most helpful host!

The home is truly exceptional. Everything one would need for a beautiful stay from a cabinet full of every spice for cooking to plush robes for the hot tub. The phenomenal view cannot be captured by a photo: we spent hours enjoying from the deck, yard below and from cozy spots in the house. Outstanding wi-fi and the house was decorated and displayed thoughtfully with information about Colorado Springs artfully displayed. The owner most of all made our vacation unique, life saving and truly memorable. I highly recommend this home/owner as THE place to stay for an extraordinary vacation experience just minutes from the most beautiful parks in America!!!

Far Better Than Expected!
This place is a true gem! And it served us perfectly for a family time together! The views are spectacular! We looked forward to our time relaxing at the house enjoying the patio, hot tub, pool table, ping pong, darts, etc! The beds were very comfy and the house had everything we needed. Furthermore, the host was wonderful! He was so considerate to make sure we had everything we needed and then some! He goes above and beyond for his guests! Flowers, wine, ice cream, fluffy robes, etc! He is one of a kind! We were so comfortable there we didn’t want to leave. And the house is in a great location close to anything you want to do! And by the way, did I mention the VIEW!! I don’t know if it gets any better! We would definitely want to go back!

We had a wonderful time staying at Tim’s place in Colorado Springs. I’ve never had a host be so responsive and provide as much attention as Tim. He even went out of his way to provide us with a fresh flower arrangement of red roses! His home is beautiful along with some amazing views of pikes peaks and the garden of the gods. His home is in a great location to be able to get to attractions very easily. The home was comfortable and had plenty of room. The back deck provides for amazing views

That View!!!
We had a fantastic stay! The house was stocked with all of the things that you probably forgot to pack or pickup at the store. The “hottub with a view” was breathtaking and the games in the garage kept all of the teens entertained during our downtime. We really enjoyed some morning runs around the neighborhood and Tim is a gem! Definitely coming back next year!

Everyone Deserves a Stay Like This One
Where do I begin? We stayed for a full week; this home is the real deal, and the host behind it all making the true magic happen is Tim. Most importantly, everything about this VRBO is accurate: the game room, the view, the house in its immaculate state (with so many amenities that are NOT listed, provided by Tim). The communication with Tim leading up to our stay was a comfort to us, he was never once bothered by our countless questions, and his response time was immediate it seemed. This was my hubby's first time in CO celebrating his upcoming retirement, and we're both so very glad it was at this special place. The neighborhood is pleasant and quiet, and thankfully Tim also has a good rapport with the neighbors, we were looking for tweezers while Tim was with us in the driveway which a neighbor provided, BTW Tim even performs minor procedures haha! The guy walks on water, honestly. The house location in CO Springs is perfect, just a few minutes from many touristy attractions, and an easy getaway (just hop on 24 or 25) to Cripple Creek and Denver for example. Honestly I could go on and on and on. I'll end here by stating that our stay was far beyond anything we could have imagined. We've already begun talking about "next year's trip" which will be at this location hopefully with our whole family. And the bonus? We found a dear friend in Tim.

Amazing Home!!
My family and I had such a wonderful stay. We travelled around Colorado staying in several rental homes and this was our favorite. The location of the home was perfect and the views simply stunning!! The owner Tim is one of the nicest people I have ever met. He welcomed us with roses, wine, and ice cream! The home is big and roomy and was stocked with everything we needed. The towels and duvets were so fluffy and soft, I want to buy the same ones for my own home. The game room was a huge hit with my 8 year old son and he spent hours in there playing darts, pool, foosball, and ping pong. We soaked in the hot tub every night and watched the sun set behind the mountains. We even had some deer visit the property while we were there. This is not a place we will forget. I hope we get a chance to come back!

Wonderful family vacation
We stayed at Tim’s house for 5 nights. The location was fantastic. We never drove more than 20 minutes to the things we wanted to do. The views from the deck were unbeatable. Tim went out of his way to make sure all of us had a great time! He bought Oreos and ice cream for our girls. They will never forget playing ping pong in their robes in the game room! You will miss out if you don’t stay here!!

This property was fantastic! Clean, nicely appointed, and terrific view! Very close to Manitou Springs, Garden of the Gods, Cheyenne Zoo, etc. Property owner was so great to our group, providing snacks, coffee, and other amenities, as well as a birthday cake for on of our team. And the hot tub was amazing with the view! Would strongly suggest that this one be on your visit list!

This place is absolutely phenomenal!! Tim is an incredible host who is extremely attentive to your needs. He bought a case a beer for me, a bottle of wine for my wife, and a bottle of pop for my son. The cupboards are full of spices/snacks, the beds are amazingly comfortable, the towels are soft, there’s nothing missing. Staying at the house is vacation enough without going anywhere!! We will definitely be back and you can’t go wrong booking this house. Tim will treat you well and you won’t be disappointed with the view and amenities!!

The Best of the Best
The view was out of this world! Each morning & evening our group of veterans sat on the porch relaxing as we stared at the ever changing view of Pikes Peak. The home is filled with any and everything one would need or want! I’ve never seen an owner who has thought of it all, but Tim has. Cold beverages in the fridge, a new flag representing each branch of the military each day & a text, call or visit to make sure our needs were met. Our group was spoiled & we loved it! My family had an incredible week in this beautiful home. The stunning views of Pikes Peak were simply breathtaking, and the owner's hospitality made our stay truly unforgettable. Every detail is thought of on this stay. The owner, Tim, is super kind and accommodating. He has thought of every detail to make the home comfortable. The views are unbelievable. This is the second time we stayed here because the location is perfect. The views from the back porch, the great wildlife and space in the house works very nice for large families. AN UNBELIEVABLE EXPERIENCE!!!
I don’t think that VRBO will allow me enough words to truly expressing how absolutely AMAZING the stay at Tim’s home was for me and my family during our Thanksgiving weekend! He left no stone unturned with the amount of attentiveness, hospitality, and amenities available to us. I felt right at home at this location and the views are so breath taking that it’s all the more to be thankful for! The pictures displayed on this listing just doesn’t do it justice! We were hard pressed to even leave the home because everything that we needed was RIGHT THERE at our fingertips! Fully furnished kitchen with every single amenity and spice you can imagine! The softest towels and hotel grade toiletries and premiere bedding! A piano to play with such history and meaning - a fully functioning game room with pool, table tennis and foozeball, along with surround sound speakers! The fireplace! The scenic view of the garden of the gods invited light that ignited us all! He bought fresh flowers and even a bottle of wine to boot! This was so tremendous that we barely wanted to leave the home to experience the close by Manitou Springs, outdoor viewing and shops near by! Do yourself a favor and stay here- you deserve it. WE deserved it! I cannot wait to stay here again when we come back to Colorado Springs!

A Hidden Gem!
From the street, it is hard to imagine the gem of a property that lies beyond the front door. The views out the back are breathtaking, and there are so many ways to enjoy them -- from dining out on the deck, to soaking in the hot tub, to watching a storm roll in from the comfort of the lounge chairs in front of the big picture window. We especially loved watching all the birds come to the feeders and birdbath right outside the window. There were only 4 of us during this trip, so we each had our own bedroom, but the house would easily accommodate more. There was also plenty of room to relax, whether it be in front of a cozy fire in the living room, in the downstairs tv room, or in the well-appointed game room. The location was perfect with so many places to hike, sightsee, and dine nearby. Tim was an amazing host and added many personal touches to make our stay special. He took time to show us all around upon our arrival and made sure that we had everything we needed (and more!) for a comfortable stay. Bed and bath linens were better than what I've had at the finest hotels, and those plush robes for the hot tub were perfect. The kitchen was extraordinarily well stocked and there were extras of everything you could want during your stay. Will definitely stay here again next time we are in Colorado Springs.

WOW, Tim’s place was the absolute best! The house was spotless when we arrived. Tim greeted us and showed us the property and all the amenities. We have stayed in A LOT of VRBO rentals and nothing even comes close to comparing to this place! Tim has everything you can imagine from an extremely well stocked kitchen to clean, fluffy bathrobes! The views from the property are just breathtaking. The house is also very close to so many great shops, restaurants, and hiking trails. Tim as a host was fabulous! He had so many recommendations and told us all about the house and his experiences living in Colorado Springs. He was an excellent communicator and very responsive to any issues or requests we had. He went above and beyond to make our vacation the absolute best it could be, going as far as providing personalized touches (like flying an ARMY flag for my veteran husband to stocking our favorite ice-cream). We absolutely loved Tim and his property. We will definitely be coming back to Colorado Springs and will not even consider staying anywhere else but this place. Everything was just perfect! Tim is the most gracious host we have ever had in our 12 years of renting through VRBO. He met us upon arrival to show us how to use the hot tub on the balcony and stereo system in the game room and genuinely made our family feel welcome. He generously provided our favorite ice cream, wine, and coffee creamer along with numerous snacks in the pantry. The tree line made it feel like we were out in the country and not in a neighborhood as we took in the spectacular views from the large floor to ceiling windows. Red Rock Canyon Open Space, Pikes Peak, and Garden of the Gods all sit within the panoramic view. We enjoyed bird watching every morning and the occasional visit from a doe and her twin fawns as well as a couple of bucks in the afternoon. The house has such a cool layout and provided ample space for our family of six (mostly adults). The mattresses, bedding, and towels were all high quality, and he provided robes for each of us during our stay, a nice convenience when enjoying the hot tub. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this house.

Best vacation rental ever
Everything about Tim’s home was perfect! The house was immaculate, well stocked with snacks, paper products, and toiletries and pretty much everything we could have needed. The views are absolutely unbeatable and I have never stayed in a more bright, cheerful and welcoming home. The location is so convenient to the many wonderful activities in Colorado Springs, Manitou Springs and the surrounding area. The cozy neighborhood was quiet, but was only a 4-5 minute drive to jump onto the interstate as well as convenient to grocery store and eating establishments. My family had the best vacation hiking and riding horses in Garden of the Gods, rafting on the Arkansas River and riding the Royal Gorge train, as well as zip-lining at the Broadmoor and enjoying a Rockies game at Coors Field. We actually couldn’t wait to get back to the house in the evenings to enjoy dinner on the fabulous back porch with amazing views of Pikes Peak and Garden of the Gods. Then we would top off the evening with ping pong or pool tournaments and a soak in the hot tub. The views from the deck, kitchen, and sitting room are indescribable. I think I could wake up every day to those views and it would never get old! I am not a person who feels comfortable and sleeps well when I am not at home, but I can honestly say that this house was the most comfortable and most relaxing place I have stayed. My family absolutely loved living here for a few days and cannot wait to come back.

My husband, two daughters (11,8), and I stayed here for 3 nights this June. We were drawn in by the view, hot tub, and great reviews, and were not disappointed. The house was perfect, and Tim is an exceptional host. We had so many thoughtful extras - enjoyed flowers, beverages, snacks, coffee, games & activities. We loved the view, the location, and all the amenities. The home was stocked with all basics and then some. We enjoyed watching mule deer one evening from the deck. We were conveniently located to many attractions and a grocery store. We spent much time just relaxing and enjoying the home as well, and had many meals at the house. Tim was so thoughtful & hospitable. I can't think of anything I would change except to stay longer!! We would stay here again in a heartbeat! We have had other ok experiences with rental houses, however, this was the BEST - a truly exceptional experience!

We booked basically on the view from the house and it didn’t disappoint! The home was fully stocked and Tim (home owner) was an amazing host. There was plenty of room for everyone in our party (6). I can not say anything more than absolutely fabulous about Tim and his property! He home is awesome and the views are spectacular! Tim goes above and beyond to make you feel like you are visiting your family’s home. He has EVERYTHING you could possibly need for your stay! Amazing host, property, view and location.
First and foremost, Tim was an amazing host who went above and beyond to provide us with a great place to call home for a long weekend. We had great communication from our initial booking and throughout our entire stay. He had everything and more you could ever want for a stay that made it feel like a home away from home. The view of Red Rock Canyon, Pikes Peak and Garden of the Gods from the deck and hot tub was breathtaking everyday. It's located conveniently within 10-20 minutes from most anything you'd like to do in and around Colorado Springs. Tim and his property met and exceeded every need we had during our stay for a college visit for my son and he has earned a renter each time we come down in the future to visit him at UCCS. Thanks again Tim, for everything and we can't wait to stay again.

Pikes Peak Paradise
Our family had the best time in Colorado Springs and could not have picked a better home for our stay. The views from the back of the house are stunning! Tim was an amazing host and went above and beyond. It started with a phone call shortly after the booking then fresh flowers, snacks and drinks were waiting when we arrived. The house was immaculate and the game room in the garage was fun for all. Highly recommend this home to anyone traveling in the area! Thank you Tim for making our stay extra special!

All the comforts of home
We had a great stay here. Tim has the place fully stocked with essential items that you may need. Whether you have young children or adult kids like us, you have plenty of things to keep them busy. I highly recommend this VRBO! If we are back in the area in the future, I will definitely be staying here.

Perfect in Every Way
I don't have enough words to express how wonderful this entire VRBO experience was. The house is in a great neighborhood, very quiet and peaceful. The view from the back deck is unlike anything we've ever seen. If you stay here do yourself a favor and kick back on the deck and enjoy the breathtaking view. You don't need to go anywhere to enjoy the sights because they're all laid out for you from the deck and the hot tub. This house is spotlessly clean, extremely well maintained and stocked with every amenity you could dream of, and then some. There are even fluffy robes in several sizes for all the guests in the house!! We loved hanging out in the game room, complete with a stereo we could connect to while we played pool, ping-pong and darts. We relaxed in the hot tub and enjoyed our coffee while watching the deer in the yard. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the lower level shower is the best EVER. To top everything off, Tim was the best, most gracious, most welcoming and kindest host we've ever had. He had surprises and treats waiting for us and it is clear his only goal is for his guests to have the best experience possible and he'll do anything to make that happen. If you are looking at this property stop looking and book it, I promise you will not regret it. We are already planning our return visit!!

What a wonderful stay
Tim was more than wonderful as a host and the house had everything we needed. He went out of his way to make sure our choice of beverage was cold and ready in the fridge when we got there. The house had numerous games and activities to keep us busy all weekend long. Mule deer were in the backyard and we were able to feed them some bread. They weren't afraid of people by any means. The view was perfect. We were able to enjoy the steaming hot tub while overlooking the mountains. I only wish that every home we stayed in from VRBO was as wonderful as this one.

Million dollar view!!
House was very nice and extremely clean. Tim was a great host, and the view from the back deck is breath taking. We want to come back with our entire family, because the house is huge.
