« Coco Sunset Hills is a beautiful complex. Very safe and clean with friendly residents and staff. We walked to the cafe and beach every day and there are many restaurants within walking distance as well. We explored several beaches nearby, did a snorkeling excursion and spent a day at the hanging bridges and hot springs near Arenal and the volcano - stunning views. »

The property manager, Cynthia met us as we arrived and was helpful throughout the month we were in Costa Rica. She dealt with any issues quickly. I would recommend Luis’ property to others. »

« The area is safe and conveniently located to everything you need for a good vacation. We had a nice time watching the lighted boat parade and fireworks from the rooftop. The condo pool is fantastic after a day of exploring. The house has a lot of stairs and areas to spread out for a larger group. We enjoyed our stay and the owner and manager were very friendly and helpful. »
